What have you learned from your audience Feedback?
Audience feedback is the points, views and opinions of your target audience, Your target audience are the large group of people who will like the product you have made, this product made specifically for these said type of people, without a target audience you have no one to be interested in your product let alone buy it, The Audience feedback is a collection of the target audience opinions on your product that is collected before the final release of the final product allowing the developers to see what their audience likes and dislikes and make changes if needed to better suit the audiences needs, by appealing to their needs allows more of the target audience to buy the product which in turn makes more money for the developers.

Using facebook, i upload the finished poster, magazine cover and link to the trailer onto my facebook page and get people to answer question about each one and see what our audience think about our finished product. collecting everyone's feedback to see what they think and what they like and dislike, so to better improve little tweeks to our products so to maximise profits.

we uploaded the Lab teaser trailer up onto youtube then sent the link to the video as well as the questions to everyone we could contact, encouraging them to answer our questions and give us the feedback we need on our final products, finding out if all our hard work payed off and we created three products the Audience will want.

1. How did your target audience respond to your finished Products?
Our target Audience responded very well to our final finishe prodcuts, asking for just a few changes to the magazines and poster but loving the entire design over all, a few commented that the colour scheme for the poster was perfect, this shows us that we have succesfuly creating a zombie-subgenre based magazine, movie poster and trailer, though the same comments on what to change repeated in the magazine telling us that our zombie was too "tame" and they are right, the zombie does indeed look far to human to be a zombie and we should of tried to go for a more aggresive look for the zombie rather than just sit him at a table, but we did pick this picture due to the fact he is in a lab coat, is obviously a zombie and sitting at the table like that reflects back at our previous title for the movie "detention".
We have also learned that our audience also wants us to change the tone and saturation on our movie poster, bluring out and darkening the ear so to draw less attention, as well as move the title "LAB" to the top right corner and either leave the tag line "The cause is the cure" where The lab title is or place under the title at the top right of the corner, doing this would of allowed us more space for larger credits making them more understandable to read. But just like our magazine they love the use of special effects and make-up in both pre and post production of the main images in Photoshop, especially what was done to the eye in the movie poster, while the magazine main image obvisouly had contacts in. In the end our target audience loved our Final products and when asked if they would like to see the movie they all responded "yes".

2. Did your audiences recognise your product genre?
Yes, our target audience easily recognised our final products as a zombie sub-genre, from the obvious zombie make-up in the magazine and poster and trailer, with the good work on make-up we didnt need to use photoshop to change the main images to show it was a zombie, the make up did most of the work.
3. Based on the facebook, how do you feel you could have made a more effective product?
Yes, we could of made a more effective product based on the extra data we recieved from our feed back, showing us that there were just a few miner tweeks needed to be changed int he final product to make it more tot he audiences liking, from just simply changing a font here and there or fading parts of an image out, but based on what we have created i don't think too much changes would be needed to improve the Magazine or poster, but maybe a bit more time and resources and knowledge on creating a good sound format for the trailer would of greatly improved our trailer.
Conclusion.
In conclusion the feedback we have recieved from our target audience tells us that out final movie poster, magazine and trailer are all very well made products, but we did need to add tweeks to our products, showing us that if we had more time, we could make the changes and improve our products even more, maxamising the amount of profit. There are common elements in our feed back such as making our model for the magazine main image act and look more like a zombie instead of sitting on a table looking human, suggestions were made such as leaning forward, clawing at the table, showing teeth, snarling and growling or even just standing up, we understand this and if we could maybe add those changes but for now the main image represents what we made, the lab coat for the title "LAB" and a zombie in this lab coat to say that this is a zombie moive, but having him sitting at a desk is a refrence to the movies previous name, "Detention" but later with more feedback changed the name to "LAB".
Our work is very effective, we have researched and followed the conventions of a Zombie sub-genre movie and this is evident in our audience reseach and feed back. From our feedback would pick up the magazine to read and find out the lastest infromation on our movie, the Poster ould catch our audiences attention and cause them to seek out more about the movie and finally our trailer though is weak in sound stil makes up for in its jump scares and pacing, our audience were genuinely scared from the jump scares while the scenes of running zombies and devoured victims peaked our audiences blood lust for a good zombie movie and have agreed that if this movie was real they would all go and buy tickets to see the movie. Looking over our feed back and final products we can see some common elements that repeat in our audience research, meaning that if we could do this project again then we Team Syfer would do considerbly, the improvements we would make would be to our day of filming and makeup, first by securing all our acters and actresses and then working in narrative order and film each and every scene we can with extra care to special effects making even better scenes and maybe different locations and different looking zombies.
Out of our 3 final products a second go at this project would greatly improve our trailer while our magazine and poster though would most likely look different would look only a little better than the first time, the trailer is what we would need to improve the most and especially the sound, having more knowledge and resources for sound would help us alot and raise our marks higher.
